These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made on BASED Alt-Wear.

Products

All products are made to order through print-on-demand. Because each item is produced specifically after your order is placed, slight variations may occur in color, placement, fabric appearance, or print finish depending on screen settings, lighting, garment color, and the printing process.

Pricing

Prices are displayed in the currency available for your region. Final product prices, shipping rates, and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment.

Customers outside the European Union may be subject to local import duties, customs fees, or taxes depending on their country’s regulations.

Orders and Production

Please check your size, color, shipping address, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Once an order has been placed and production has started, it cannot usually be cancelled or modified, as the item is already being made specifically for you.

Shipping

All delivery times are estimates. Delivery may be affected by production time, carrier delays, customs processing, local holidays, or events outside our control.

Tracking information is provided when available after your order has shipped.

Returns and Order Issues

Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, product concepts, text, branding, and visual assets are the exclusive property of BASED Alt-Wear unless otherwise stated. Reproduction, resale, copying, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

Liability

BASED Alt-Wear is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Applicable Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by applicable French law and EU consumer protection rules where legally required. Additional local rights may apply depending on your country or region of residence.
