By placing an order on BASED Alt-Wear, you agree to the following terms.

Products

All items are made to order through print-on-demand. Product colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings, fabric, lighting, and printing processes.

Pricing

Prices are displayed in the currency available for your region. Final product prices, shipping rates, and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment.

Orders

Once an order has been placed and production has started, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please check your size, color, shipping address, and order details carefully before confirming your purchase.

Shipping

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on production, carrier delays, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Tracking information is provided when available after your order has shipped.

Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, product concepts, text, branding, and visual assets are the exclusive property of BASED Alt-Wear unless otherwise stated. Reproduction, resale, copying, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

Returns and Issues

Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns for wrong size, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Liability

BASED Alt-Wear is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable French law and EU consumer protection rules where legally required. Additional local rights may apply depending on your country or region of residence.
