All BASED Alt-Wear products are made to order. Each item is produced specifically after your order is placed.

Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for wrong size selection, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse. Please check the size guide, color, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us at contact@basedaltwear.shop within 30 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it quickly. If the claim is approved, we will arrange a free replacement or refund where appropriate.

Order Issues

If there is a problem with your order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@basedaltwear.shop. We will review each case and do our best to find a fair solution.

Right of Withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-order or personalized goods, including print-on-demand products, under Article 16(c).

Because all BASED Alt-Wear products are produced on demand, they are exempt from the standard 14-day return right, except where legally required or in cases of defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases of defective products or fulfillment errors. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to make the refund visible on your account.
